Account and contact data (such as email) when you sign up or contact us; the store and feed URLs you submit and the reports generated from them; billing data handled by Stripe; and technical data such as logs and basic, privacy-friendly usage analytics.

Please do not submit customer lists, payment card details, account credentials, or special-category personal data.

We process data to provide the service and your reports (performance of contract), to secure and improve the service (legitimate interest), to take payment (contract and legal obligation), and for optional marketing only with your consent.

Where EU/UK data-protection law applies, these are our intended legal bases under the GDPR.

We share data only with processors that help us run the service — for example Stripe (payments), our hosting and email providers, and a privacy-friendly analytics tool. We do not sell your data.

Some providers may process data outside your country under appropriate safeguards.

We keep data only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law, and delete or anonymise it afterwards.
